The terms & conditions associated with booking a Vacation Club villa.

For Villa Rentals:

To make a reservation, we require a deposit of $250 USD per person (paid by any major credit card) and the balance is due 45 or 90 days prior to your arrival based on the season you plan to stay at the villa. Please note that Banks/Credit Card companies sometimes charge a 2-3% commission fee for international transactions. Any other discrepancies with the amount shown on your credit card statement are due to a different exchange rate utilized by your bank.

Cancellation Policy for Villas:

For stays during Winter (January 5 to April 15), Spring (April 16 to May 31) and Summer/Fall (June 1 to December 20), there is a fee of US $125 per person if cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival. If cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

For stays during the Holidays (December 20 to January 4), there is a fee of US$125 per person if cancelled 90 days or more prior to arrival. If cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Cancellation Policy for Tours and Excursions:

Tours and excursions cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the actual start of the tour/excursion, only 50% of the cost will be refunded. Cancellations less than 3 hours before the tour, there is no refund.

In the unlikely event that a named hurricane is heading to St. Lucia you will have the choice to postpone your vacation or have a credit for a vacation to be taken within the next 2 years. This is a rare occurrence as St. Lucia is located in the southern part of the Caribbean chain and most hurricanes are passing north of us.

For Villas/Units:

Units are furnished and inventoried by our Housekeeping Department with Towels, Linens, Glass Ware, Silverware, Pots & Pans etc. Guests are responsible for any damages and or missing items and will be charged at replacement prices.

Guests’ Belongings:

Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. For the convenience of the Guest, safes are provided in the room to store any valuables. Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the resort, room or the safe for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.

Prohibited Activities/Items:

Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs and animals are strictly prohibited on resort premises.

Damage to Property:

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. If damages occur to the guest room or other areas, the cost of the damage will be charged to the credit card registered.

Management Rights:

It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises. Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, Management has the right to remove the Guest’s luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.

Guest’s Visitors:

Any guest who wishes to have visitors meet with them on the resort’s premises MUST seek approval from management BEFORE arriving on the resort’s premises. Visitors must be registered with the Guest Services office for recordkeeping for the safety of other guests and the employees. Management reserves the right to refuse any visitor at any point whether before they arrive on premises or whilst on premises. Management reserves the right to ask a visitor to exit the premises if their behaviour is deemed unfavourable by Management.

Safety Deposit Form:

It is mandatory to complete a Safety Deposit Form on check in. A link to this form will be provided upon check in and must be completed and submitted within 24 hours of check in. Should you delay the completion of the Safety Deposit Form within this stipulated time period, Management reserves the right to request that the guest vacates the villa and the premises.
