Come visit the Castries market – any day from Monday to Saturday for the best times, to meet friendly locals and shop for fresh island produce that could be your groceries for the week, a multitude of different island spices and sauces, or a hidden treasure of a souvenir among the many hand-crafted items. Be sure to come ready to have fun, smile, and to barter! Stroll the deep market streets in search of whatever you’re looking for – or just casually if you don’t know what you’re looking for!

There’s great local food spots around as well for when you get tired of walking and need a lunch break. There’s also a delicious fresh smoothie bar that is to die for!

  • Departure: 10:00 A.M. in front of the Marigot Police Station.

• Return: 2:00 P.M. from Derek Walcott Square (in front of the 400-year-old saman tree) to Marigot Bay.
• Minimum 4 people.

• Booking: bookings cannot be made in advance to your vacation, but can be made once you are on the island via our Guest Services Office. The local phone number and information on how to contact the Guest Services Office is provided once your reservation is made, but can also be found here.

Cancellation Policy for Tours and Excursions:

Tours and excursions cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the actual start of the tour/excursion, only 50% of the cost will be refunded. Cancellations less than 3 hours before the tour, there is no refund.
