NEW & IMPORTANT CHANGES:

  • All online requests for reservations are treated before the phone reservations taken each Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (Tel): 1(800)774-3930 (US & Canada) or +1 (1758) 2867754 (UK).
  • The present online request reservations form is available daily at any time. However, in order to get a specific ranking and priority to reserve a particular week, you can submit an online request for reservations every Tuesday from 1:00 PM until 12:00(midnight) Eastern Standard Time. Online requests received during this period on Tuesday are treated in the order they are received and according to the time they are received. Other online requests received before or after the above prescribed times on Tuesday are treated after those received during that period.
  • In order to be processed on a specific week, an online request must be received no later than 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time every Wednesday. After that time, the request will be treated the following week without a ranking priority (given on Tuesday only).
  • All requests made more than 40 weeks in advance are automatically rejected without notice.
  •  All requests are subject to availability. For valid requests that cannot be accepted you will get an email notification to the email address provided on the form before 1:00 PM on Wednesday. Please make sure you are using a valid email address.
  • You can submit only one reservation request per week either online or by phone. Multiple requests will not be accepted. (The only exception to this is if your online reservation request cannot be accepted, you will be able to proceed with a phone reservation on Wednesday of the same week.) Please use the online form as no email reservations will be accepted.
  • No reservations are confirmed unless you are getting a confirmation email from us.
  •  Once you have reserved some time through the online reservation or via a phone reservation, the time belongs to you and cannot be traded for some other dates.
  •  For those of you who have never used the online system, you will need to create a 7 to 9 digit password for your ownership and provide it to us so we can check the validity of your request. Please note that you keep the same password as long as you remain a co-owner and for all the reservations you will be doing.
