Rules and Management Policy and Safety Deposit Form

Rules and policies that govern our Vacation Club villas.

For Villas/Units:

Units are furnished and inventoried by our Housekeeping Department with Towels, Linens, Glass Ware, Silverware, Pots & Pans etc. Guests are responsible for any damages and or missing items and will be charged at replacement prices.

Guests’ Belongings:

Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. For the convenience of Guests, safes are provided in the room to store any valuables. Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to Guests’ belongings or any other property from either the resort, room or the safe for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.

Prohibited Activities/Items:

Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs and animals are all strictly prohibited on resort premises.

Damage to Property:

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. If damages occur to the guest room or other areas, the cost of the damage will be charged to the credit card registered below.

Management Rights:

It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith , without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, Management has the right to remove the guest’s luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him / her.

Guest’s Visitors:

Any guests who wish to have visitors meet with them on the resort’s premises MUST seek approval from Management BEFORE arriving on the resort’s premises. Visitors must be registered with the Guest Services office for record keeping for the safety of other guests and the employees. Management reserves the right to refuse any visitor at any point whether before they arrive on premises or whilst on premises. Management reserves the right to ask a visitor to exit the premises if their behavior is deemed unfavorable by Management.

For your convenience, our houses are fully equipped as they are self catered. We can also provide you with some little extras such as beach towels and converters/adapters.
We kindly ask that you enjoy the accommodations and equipment with diligence to avoid any damages. No security deposit is required. However, should there be late charges, broken or lost/missing items, your credit card will be charged accordingly.

Note Well

It is mandatory to complete a Safety Deposit Form at check in. This form must be completed and submitted within 24 hours of check in. Should you delay the completion of the Safety Deposit Form within this stipulated time period, Management reserves the right to request that the guest vacates the villa and the premises.
